Attention:  The beneficiary must be the same person as the one stated on the purchase receipt/invoice.

If you have not received your refund within 10 days, there may be a delay from the bank. In this case, please contact us:

2. Cancellation and Change AFTER Receipt of the Goods

If you are a consumer and the purchase is for personal use, you have the right to return the products within 15 calendar days of receipt, without having to state the reason for the return. You can exercise this right by sending the withdrawal form that we will provide you.

The return must be made within 15 days from the date of receipt of the product (date of receipt = courier stamp or official date indication).

Refund

If you exercise the right of withdrawal within the stipulated period, you will receive a refund of the amount you paid for the order, within 10 days, interest-free. The amount refunded includes the product value.

Shipping costs are not refundable!

Return Cost

The return cost is entirely borne by the customer and will be deducted from the refund amount:

Within Greece:

• Box Now: €2.00 (available only for orders received via Box Now).

• ELTA: €3.50.

Outside Greece:
The cost is calculated depending on the country of shipment and includes shipping and customs charges/duties.

Refund via Bank Account or Card

The refund can be made via bank account or credit/debit card (depending on the payment method you used).

If you choose to return via bank account, please inform us of the IBAN, Bank and Beneficiary Name at eshop@sacjeans.gr. The beneficiary of the account must be the same person as the one on the purchase receipt.

Product Return Terms

In order for a return to be accepted, the products must be in their original condition, without damage, with labels, and their packaging must be intact. All documents accompanying the product must be included (e.g. invoice, receipt).
